Our target date for notifying successful applicants is 5 April 2024.
Successful applicants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to the Conference site. They will receive a lump sum for the registration fee, travel, and accommodation expenses, as applicable, up to a maximum of 1000 € per person. These expenses will be reimbursed to the student’s /early career scientist’s bank account after the conference, on production of valid original receipts.
