Registration fees and other costs

All lunches are included in the registration fee. Participation in the conference dinner (optional) must be specified at the time of payment.

• In-person participation: 150€ (seniors), 100€ (PhD, postdocs)
• Social dinner: 50€
• Online participation: no cost

Financial Support:

The deadline for applying for financial support (PhD, postdocs) is 1st April 2025. Our target date for notifying successful applicants is 8 April 2025. See dedicated page.

Accompanying Person(s):

It is also possible to register accompanying persons for the social dinner (50€).
