Code of conduct and conference guidelinesCode of conduct Participants to the PLATO - ESP2025 are encouraged to have a free discussion, and a free exchange of ideas and scientific results. All professional interactions should be conducted with consideration and respect. This includes, but is not restricted to, interactions with other attendees, exhibitors, administrative, technical or other support staff. The PLATO - ESP2025 conference is committed to fostering a collegial, respectful, and inclusive environment that supports the free exchange of ideas and scientific results. All participants—including attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and staff—are expected to conduct professional interactions with courtesy and mutual respect. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. To help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere, we ask all participants to adhere to the following guidelines:
Two members of the Local Organising Committee will be designed soon. They will be available as confidential contacts for any concerns related to this Code of Conduct. Participants who experience or witness violations are encouraged to report them to these contacts. Those asked to stop inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately. In serious cases, offenders may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
